Donation Processing Status
GODEC's online payment gateway is not currently active on this website. Donation coordination may take place through direct contact channels such as WhatsApp, email, phone, or other confirmed methods.
Donation Confirmation
Before launch of any payment gateway or campaign-specific payment method, the donation processing method should be confirmed with GODEC. Donors may request receipt information and utilization reporting details through the official contact channels.
Refund and Correction Requests
If a donation is made in error, duplicated, entered with an incorrect amount, or requires correction, contact GODEC as soon as possible at 📧 godecpk@gmail.com with the donor name, date, amount, payment method, and transaction reference where available.
Review Process
Refund or correction requests are reviewed case by case. Approval may depend on payment method, transaction status, administrative costs, bank or platform rules, whether funds have already been committed, and applicable legal or accounting requirements.
Receipts and Reporting
Receipts and quarterly utilization summaries are provided according to GODEC's reporting process. Reports protect patient privacy and do not include patient-identifying details.
No Sale of Medicines
Donations do not purchase medicines for resale. GODEC does not sell medicines to the public. Medicine support is intended to be managed through approved medical channels and participating healthcare partners.
